    @EUCommission

    This is not a "spicy mode" but violence.

    Shame on you for calling it that.

        We are very well aware of the fact that X for Grok is now offering a spicy mode showing explicit sexual content with some output generated with childlike images:

        📌 A detailed request for information on Grok has been sent to X, and we are reviewing the company’s responses.

        📌 X has been ordered to retain all internal documents and data concerning Grok’s features until the end of 2026.

        The Digital Services Act is very clear:

        In the EU, all platforms have to get their own house in order.

          @EUCommission … until the end of 2026? And after that the responses will be reviewed until the end of 2027 and a protest note will be written until the end of 2028?

            when Twitter is generating these images, the company is accountable and has to deal with the consequences.
            European law enforcement should have shut it down ages ago.

              @EUCommission childporn isn't spicy. Explicit pictures without consent isn't spicy. It's criminal. And you are still posting there.

                @EUCommission It's well past the time when organisations like the EU should have abandoned X, as well as all other fascist controlled social media. When will you leave X ?

                          @EUCommission In the face or recent #chatcontrol stuff ( with similar reasoning ) I feel slight tingling of unease. I don't like AI, I don't like X ( or any other proprietary platform ) and I don't like abuse. But the way this argument was put together feels a bit odd.

                                      That's curiously complicated wording, when you can just say "child sexual abuse material" (c.f. #ChatControl).

                                      Please, folks: just leave X, and as you do so, use the powers the Commission has to raze it to the ground.

                                        @EUCommission Sooo, you just admitted that you are aware and yet you support their platform.
                                        Nice! At least it is clear what kind of people work for the EU Commission - the ones that support child pornography and American fashists including this one:

                                          @tragivictoria

                                          I'm referring to the published post here on Mastodon

                                          Period

                                          Full stop

                                          That it was published with this wording by some presumably authoritative representative says all I need to know
