        @jbz I use the terminal anyway so 🤷‍♂️ can't stand a GUI for updates 😂

          I think it makes sense. The tool is old and when I used to recommend Ubuntu it felt like it was easier to just show which config files to change rather than try to work through this UI. I don't know which graphical interface they use for package management now but both GNOME Software and KDE's Discover have been good for a while and certainly a lot better than this tool.
