https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/cuba-travel-warning-9.7073480@chris I would say the Canadian govt should encourage support of Cuba. Since Canadians rarely go to Havana and land at airpors near resorts, I would think going there would be pretty safe.
Americans only know of Havana. They have no knowledge of other area, or that other airports exist since they aren't allowed to go to them.
