Google Pay is like the only thing that no work for me so I just use cards themselves.I just use physical currency, myself. Any transactions can't be traced after it is withdrawn from the bank.

The dumbphone thing is more just to force me to not use any phone stuff, I don't need it, I don't want it... And my calls should only be to contact me, not to actually talk with me, so I shouldn't be too worrdies about getting spyed on, right? -
Possible, but difficult. Not practical unless you've got access to the resources available in law enforcement.

I don't mind the extra step of withdrawing cash to use.

Problem with that, though is you lose access to banking software. Lot of traditional of banking societies have been moving towards managing your account through a phone application and challenger banks are almost exclusively managed through them.

If you really need it, you could have a phone in your house to the most basic things, and (for today, might not be the same in 5 years) you could still manage your banking account without them, but it's not an experience you want... -

It is already limited, since you might have to face fees for just taking your money, not being able to pay more than a thousand with it or that you just CAN'T be paid phisically for your work... -
