It’s hard for me to imagine more clear-cut defiance of the injunction. These shits are trying to run the legal blockade by pretend pretending it doesn’t even exist — and Bovino is not only fully aware but physically present for it. Given ICE’s sharp increase in attacks on observers this morning, and the viciousness of those attacks — that coming on suddenly after a few days of relative quiet — I really wonder if they heard about the decision before the public did.

Unfortunately the relative quiet of the last few days is over. ICE is all over South Minneapolis this morning. They just smashed an observer’s car window and kidnapped them right outside my corner coffee shop.
