@agowa338 That is a question I do not have the answer for. When I was eating the pizza, she looked at it, but had little interest in eating it. Perhaps the aroma of the pizza isn't appetizing. I'm unsure. I can only describe what I observe. She used to sit on the air ducts when the heater was running. So I'm just guessing it was just a warmth thing.

@aetheranne I'm glad to hear your cat is doing pretty well. I didn't know thyroid problems were common in older cats, either. I've had three other cats who reached a good old age and never had thyroid issues. Tennessee had a gallstone (or maybe gallstones) about a year and half ago now and had his gall bladder removed. Aside from that major blip, he's been healthy. Not bad for age 17!
