Ok, my flu is still going strong and I'm having hard time eating anything, even like soups and stuff (not because of a sore throat, my stomach just doesn't like or digest anything even slightly heavy now, I get terrible discomfort and become queasy). Seems I can get like smoothies and maybe yogurt down (the latter of which I of course forgot to put in my grocery order today). But especially ready-made smoothies are really low calorie. Any tips on autistic-friendly liquid foods like that I could try to keep myself somewhat nourished? Light prep at home might be doable too, but don't have spoons for too complicated stuff.
