The 100-year-old East Terrace #Adelaide playground to be ripped up and moved for Malinauskas's MotoGP
"The Glover Playground on the corner of East Terrace and Wakefield Street in Adelaide was opened by the Governor-General Lord Forster and Lord Mayor Charles Glover on September 11, 1925.
Adelaide City Council revamped the playground in 2018, and now, due to the State Government securing the MotoGP using the city's Formula 1 city circuit, this historic play space is to be moved.
"In addition to losing the forty-five trees", Roving Reporter Troy Sincock said to Sonya & Jules, "We're also losing this playground, in this location"."
