@ElektroBento The rules are defined by the moderators of the individual subreddit. Not by Reddit itself. Whoever has control over an r/ does get to create the rules and configure the AutoMod bot ..

@Larvitz true but still ridiculous to block even the mention of a different OS. What’s the point in a privacy dedicated subreddit if you can’t even mention ways to solve the problem?
Sure I‘m overreacting but from my perspective this is just ridiculous
