@samlitzinger There is no reliable news media that I can find. NBC, MSNOW, ABC, CBS, CNN, NewsMax, OAN, FOX, even PBS and the BBC is questionable.

I'm all for using the placebo effect. When it's effective and ethical.
But basing American public health on it, downgrading vaccinations, stopping food programs and attacking health-consumers' intelligence - the consequences will be horrific and, unlike tariffs, not be quickly reversible.

@samlitzinger it breaks my heart, too, Sam, especially when I recall the once-proud tradition of CBS News, home of Edward R. Murrow, Walter Cronkite and others who believed in journalistic standards. And it makes me sad to recall how the founders of CBS decided to run the News department
as a public service even if News ran at a fiscal loss for CBS. -
