We all get cookie banner fatigue.

And that's the point – companies want you to hit 'accept all' and feed the Adtech beast.

So making it easier to reject cookies is key to protecting your privacy.

✅️ Add extensions to your browser that automatically do the job for you.

Combination of 'consent-o-matic'and 'remove cookies from this site' (with Privacy Badger and, if not using a browswer like Libre Wolf where it's bundled, UBlock Origin.

'Delete cookies for this site 'is useful for those site like the Guardian that either want you to accept all cookies or subscribe. Just accept then delete!

@openrightsgroup can I ask why so many (probably all) have a notion of 'essential cookies'. How are they essential? A site shouldn't break if you don't want to accept any cookies, so what makes them essential? I'd say no cookies are essential, it's just the company wants to track who you are and that you've visited. Surely it's a breach of GDPR as there's no reason for them to need to remember that you've visited.

@openrightsgroup uBlock Origin with the Cookie Notices lists also works very well, and doesn't require installing an additional browser add-on.

Consider combining with Cookie AutoDelete (at least on Firefox, not sure about other browsers) for additional cookie-rejection power.
