@Saorsa @alex @superboom12s @xaetacore @musha If you're hiding against ordinary citizens, then yes, it's useful, but for me personally, it's more convenient to pay by phoneI'm playing by an entirely different set of rules as I've never really had a phone and thus have no dependency on the conveniences provided by now.
I don't mind the extra step of withdrawing cash to use.

Problem with that, though is you lose access to banking software. Lot of traditional of banking societies have been moving towards managing your account through a phone application and challenger banks are almost exclusively managed through them.

If you really need it, you could have a phone in your house to the most basic things, and (for today, might not be the same in 5 years) you could still manage your banking account without them, but it's not an experience you want... -

I just use physical currency, myself. Any transactions can't be traced after it is withdrawn from the bank.

It is already limited, since you might have to face fees for just taking your money, not being able to pay more than a thousand with it or that you just CAN'T be paid phisically for your work... -

Steam Frame is looking to be a better alternative for VR. With Valve's current track record, there will likely be free software drop-in replacements for the operating system and software as there is for the Steam Deck.
