So I may be forced onto iOS 26. Way to make me hate you, Apple. If I didn’t already, as Tim Cook sucks up to Trump.
Be prepared for some griping after I do the update. At least they’ve made some changes so Liquid Glass is less annoying than when first released. And hopefully Apple Intelligence either doesn't run on my phone or I can turn it off.
Thanks to @dillyd I learned today I'll probably need to fuss with the clock display on my lock screen. One of many settings I'll need to figure out.
Also: Please no recommendations that I move to Linux, Android, etc. That just isn't going to happen for reasons I shouldn't need to list.

@jeridansky @sindarina My husband hasn't stopped bitching about it. And I need to figure out that clock thing, too. It eluded me on my first attempt.

@gparenti I've been told this is how to do it:
Settings > Wallpaper > Customise button on the active lockscreen, and then tap the time, select 'Solid' instead of 'Glass'. -
