@RosethornRanger I think a big start is forgiving yourself, taking a look at your schedule and your current state, making modifications, then trying again.

- cut back on non-essential items
- use checklist for the satisfaction of checking things
- celebrate the small wins of doing the thing when possible (meme, draw a cat with a medal, freshen your tea)
- frame the items beyond essential as extra credit. So that it's less "I can't do my routine
" and more "today I *could* do xyz."Please take only what is useful from this, discard everything else.
