Hello friends, hope your day went well. An hour or so ago Melissa looked outside and we had half a herd of deer eating corn in the woods. I probably need to buy another bag or two. We don't feed year round but with the ground covered in snow the last two weeks I figured they could use a little help. Hopefully this stuff starts melting more quickly this weekend.

It's a nice thing to do. I try not to interfere with nature unless it's having a negative impact on my property. In winter I feel bad for them, maybe the old farmer in me, I see them as my herd now. -
