It's wild that Norway is effectively at 100% *today* and Canada/Carney is trying to tell us 70% in 10 years is good enough.@chris I really think rebates are the wrong approach. Car companies will always adjust for it and then complain when the rebates go away.
My simple solution: Don't allow advertising of ice cars. If a car company wants to advertise, they'll have to advertise their EVs.
Just watch how quickly EV's become the standard.
