@ottaross Well this is appropriate! I just spent the afternoon driving through endless almond groves, arriving home to the orange tree lined streets of Valencia. 
We were discussing the popularity of almond & orange cake here due to the local crops when I saw your post! Might have to attempt this cake tomorrow.
