I've been trying to look up anxiety/mental health writing prompts because I want to start writing more again AND try to understand my brain better, so why not combine the two?
However I haven't found anything that quite captures what I'm trying to achieve so I thought I'd ask if anyone here has experience. If you do, would you please share what sort of prompts/etc. you used? Do you have links to share? Open to pretty much anything at this point, hearing people's experiences is easier than trying to muddle through the results on random websites! Would prefer creative writing over journaling, but not opposed to that either if there's something interesting to try!

@missmelanieh @sinituulia When I lived in London and took a train elsewhere in the UK I used to be awestruck with the views*, but no one around be was similarly impressed! I've learned to appreciate Finnish nature in a different way after that.

*Sure there were bits that were *literally* rubbish, but the more north you went the more gorgeous it looked to lil ol' me.

Kuulin eilen huhun, että hallitus kaavailee ruokakauppojen halpamerkeistä luopumista lain varjolla, saadakseen lisää kulutusta suomalaisille tuottajille.

En löytänyt tästä mitään Ylen sivuilla ja vähän kuulostaa muutenkin internetjuorulta, (lieneekö tuollainen lain puitteissa edes mahdollista määrittää) mutta ajattelin huhuilla täällä, että onko kukaan kuullut samaa?

Lähde oli puhujan sisko joka oli ilmeisesti lukenut uutisen jostain. Tarina ei kerro oliko luettu Facebookista vai Hesarista.
