While everyone is different, this might be a good read.@knowprose I'm not knocking scientists, the article, or people who know more than myself, but I smoke, drink copious amounts of caffeine, am overweight, and have the sleeping ability of an insomniac. My last full medical declared me in perfect health. Go figure.
Like you said, everyone's different -- or alien in my case.
