@Devorppa For those who don't recall the alarmed discussions of the 1980s that led to very successful treaties to protect the ozone layer: without that layer, most plants and land animals would be fried to death by UV radiation quite rapidly. It is not a very survivable scenario.

@gsuberland I'm not an expert in the technical side of it but I wonder if we need more than one Signal. Redundancy is good. Tech platforms seem to have a strong tendency toward enshittification.
