@yngmar Nearly every time I use the self-service terminals, something goes wrong and a member of staff has to come and sort it out. Sometimes the sensor gets annoyed because I lifted the bag for a couple of seconds while shifting the contents into a more efficient position, sometimes it seems confused that I have bought more than one of the same item. I'm just rubbish at dealing with the terminals.
