The shooter walked around her vehicle from the back, up the passenger side, to the front without stopping
She was reversing her vehicle at the time he was on the passenger side
The shooter put himself in front of the driver in the shooting position. Spread legs, both arms raised with gun drawn & pointed
At the same time she was fighting off another agent attacking her thru her open window. (This agent fell backwards as the shots were fired)
The video shows the van TURNS away from the shooter
In fact the shooter doesn't move from his spot till the van is already gone by him = he would NOT have been harmed
The shooter opened fire when an agent is at the driver's window & a civilian is on the passenger side. On the sidewalk behind the vehicle are people (right in the direct line of fire)
She may have broken some laws + inconvenience "ICE"
The shooter purposely & fatally endangered the entire scene
