@baxaphobia @CreativeChris I think this has to do more with the version of hardware you have. On my older device, it won't do it, but it will on my newer one.

Today I learned: you can ask your A Lady, "What is the temperature in my house?" And she will tell you! -
Thanks to all for the kind words and well wishes. Thanks to all for the kind words and well wishes. I'm doing much better as each day progresses. Right now, my chief complaint is my back. Because of the taper down from all the steroids, my lower back is quite painful. There may be some signs that it is working its way out, but those are still few and far between. I'm just grateful to be back home and not feeling so much like rat meat as I was before I went in.

And now, we come to the second most annoying part of the hospital game, where you wait, and wait, and wait. And now, we come to the second most annoying part of the hospital game, where you wait, and wait, and wait. What's the worst, you ask? It's waiting in the waiting room, and waiting, and waiting, but to be seen. At least this time, I can wait in luxury, or at least in bed.

I really like the feature in the Toot!I really like the feature in the Toot! app where, if you are using VoiceOver, you need to double tap to reveal what is under the content warning. Some people really do not want to see specific topics, which makes this such a great feature.

Good morning all.@technocounselor thanks. There were complications from a simple surgery, and I ended up with the beginnings of sepsis. At the time I came in, I had no idea how sick I really was. Because I have long Covid, I let day after day a fever and fatigue go by until it got bad enough that I realize this was something different.

Good morning all.@baxaphobia it's so weird, because even when it was that low, I felt perfectly fine. Maybe I wouldn't have if I were up and walking, but I can't picture that it only went that low when they were actually testing it. So, I guess I will see what the person in the white coat has to say about it all this morning.

Tomorrow morning I’m off to the doctor.@Thumper1964 hi Kevin, I certainly will pray. My grandmother had dementia, so I can understand your concerns. My dad is starting to have some memory issues, but it is more expected because he has Parkinson's. They are mild though at this point. I've heard that getting baseline testing done early is a very good thing, so it sounds like a wise move to discuss it with your doctor.

Good morning all.Good morning all. I am seriously hoping today is the day they will let me go home. My blood pressure has been all over the place. They weren't happy yesterday when it was 79/45, and even less happy when it went down to 42. Last night I got a 72, meaning the lower number, so that is more what it normally is. I'm feeling fine except that my lower back in particular is really uncomfortable because of the steroids. Sleep was a rather scarce commodity last night. I think my own bed will fix this. It fixes nearly anything else.
