@sungo @rgegriff Satya came in with new age buzzword bingo, focussed on abstract "engineering excellence" while missing the fundamentals (SDET roles). Weirdly the politics became more entrenched and bitter, people focussed on metrics rather than long term goals and no matter how much puck chasing goes on the SLT still think they are smarter than everyone else
