I don't normally boost photo without alttext but this is fuckin' brilliant.

@Bumblefish
Peanut butter that has separated is very dense and a cappuccino whisk wouldn't have the power to mix it.
My old electric mixer was high powered and it balked at the start of mixing the top 1/3 which is the softest of the jar. My newer mixer isn't as powerful and struggles to mix it all.
Trying a new-to-me #keto product.
NuPasta Konjac Spaghetti.

My opinion ...
Taste: No taste that I could tell. Heated mine in a Chinese style stirfry sauce and was fine.
Smell: Before rinsing, it smell like new plastic shower curtain liner but goes away with thorough rinsing.
Texture: Kind of chewing on soft elastics. Not horrible but definitely not like regular pasta. Takes some time to get use to.
Amount: 1 pkg is 210g which is plenty for one person.
Concerns: I've read a lot of reviews on this product and some people report digestive issues. Some report constipation, others the opposite. I just ate it so won't until tomorrow. lol
I bought it at an Independent Grocer store on sale for $4.00 and used it in a chicken stirfry.
IF I have no digestive issues, I'd probably buy it again. 6/10.
Place to go, after I drudge through the snow and sweep off my car and dig out the driveway and ...
I hate winter
@RealGene
At $851 I'd stop eating peanut butter LOL
I did find a solution. I posted it at the top of my original post.
@jrconlin
Still the same issue of causing wrist pain. I was looking for a non-manual solution. I've edited my post to clarify that.

Not at the price of peanuts here in Canada. I'm on a limited fixed income so cost is a major factor.
@restlesshead
Wow I had no idea such a thing existed.
Definitely something I'm going to look for.
Thank so much!

I have to use natural peanut butter but mix it is a real chore.
Besides stirring it with a spoon (which kills my carpal tunnel) how are you all mixing your natural peanut butter together?
I was using an electric hand mixer through a PB lid I drilled a hole in the middle of, but my new mixer isn't long enough to reach the bottom.
