Fair comments - perhaps I should have said "those active on Twitter"? If you're right and there's still a substantial number of potential green voters there then it's a question of does the benefit outweigh the cost (moral or financial). I still say no to that.

A bunch of us are working on persuading the Green Party (of England and Wales) and other prominent individuals therein to stop all use of X.I think the simple thing is the people that might be swayed to vote green, aren't on X any more, and those left will never consider voting green, so it's really a waste of time and effort (and money if it's paid adverts) using it!
And it makes a statement on the moral position of the party, and on the others that continue to use it.
