@Seedymofo @Tutanota it's in the transparency report. I agree it could be more transparent, like exact date ranges, ongoing cases, and what leverage the court is using. is "suspicion" enough to warrant spying? not sure.
I'm not sure why they have to comply with "real-time monitoring" (i.e sending unencrypted copies to authorities) since that sounds like work they're not being paid for...? at least that's the workaround ISPs in Canada used to get out of ratting out torrenters
