Physicists tell us that the strength of the gravitational force between any two bodies is the product of the gravitational constant and the masses of the two bodies divided by the square of the distance between them.@Oldfartrant @maxleibman i think my brain is having trouble with the concept of information not being merely a collection of facts about a thing, but in fact a thing in and of itself. (i don't know if that sentence really makes sense, even...)

"information... emerges gravity"? information emerges FROM gravity? gravity emerges FROM information? is this like saying "the tube emerges toothpaste"?
or -- is this a new usage within the field that i'm not familiar with because i'm not a physicist?
