I read at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Republik that Republik is modelled after @decorrespondent as a magazine.

But another subscription for me is a bit too much. Also reading German slows me down.

Is there some crowdfunding donation page? The more money for good journalism the better.

@tunda @corporateeurope My point for years now. Lobbying is cheap and effective. Citizens should do it! Become member of ngos with membership and pay a yearly fee. When millions of citizens do that it means extremely effective lobbying!

Not only sign petitions and donate here and there. I am talking membership. And force it upon your friends and family to do the same. Wear buttons and t-shirts.

Lobbyists from citizens are more welcome than those from industry: citizens vote, industry not.

@arjenlubach dan kan ik me weer verbazen over autoreclames. Naar schatting €3000 - €6000 per auto wordt er uitgegeven aan reclame voor de auto die je nieuw koopt. Maar @ikbenautovrij dus het blijft bij verbazing. Liefst zou ik de reclames overslaan maar dat kan niet in de livestream.

@arjenlubach Kan wel op Youtube, maar dan kijken we de video via Freetube. Waarmee alle advertenties gestript worden en er geen gebruikersdata naar Google gaat.
