  • We're going to put together a resource for musicians on how they can have album art without using large language models.

@mirlo I think all the same resources and a lot of the same advice would apply as I gave in my guide on how to made a book cover without generative AI.

I write erotica and romance, so there are two versions of the guide - censored on my patreon and uncensored on my Medium (basically, one of my covers contains naked cuddling and Patreon objected):

And it was deliberate. I hated the way dragons were always assumed to be bad. Dragons were cool. I was sure they had been misunderstood and was determined to correct that. With my badass little princess escaping her evil family 🤷‍♀️

#WordWeavers 2 Feb: Look back at the first thing you wrote. What did you do right?

I was 4 when I made up my first story. My dad helped me type it into the computer when I was 6. I think the main thing I got right was never thinking that I couldn't write my own story.

For a 4-year old, it's not bad. It has a princess escaping from a tower and teaming up with a dragon who is mistaken for being evil because he has been killing the witches who attack HIM. Even then I was challenging prejudice.

  • Are we all millenials here or is that a misperception?

@thordis I expected slightly more Gen X, tbh. (I am an older Millennial.)
