Just connecting some dots, based on a comment in a recent post that there are a lot of brother and sister pairs in olympic figure skating.

If 88% of elite athletes report sexual misconduct, I wonder how many brothers are skating with their sister to protect them from the predators. Those guys should get a medal for that.

I worked in other countries and adopted the expat label, without thinking, frankly just because everyone else was using it.

After some reflection I think that calling myself a "guest worker" was more appropriate. So that is whatI started using toward the end.

Same idea but a bit less formal than "temporary foreign worker".
