I feel like, idk. Saying someone is like abu lahab would be diminished by adding anything. I mean, there's some crazy shit in the religion as it is. But you can get stern disapproval from saying "shit" in the same paragraph with a muslim-origin name of any ol' person. Last year I had a therapy appointment and I was describing a story, but I was still speaking hobo slang, and I thought my psych nurse from malaysia was gonna merc me from the look on his face.
