@akkana But... it does happen. This picture is when I'm wondering why everyone is waiting for me in a valley on the rainy side of things when it's so nice and dry and sunny where I am. While this photo is NorCal, I've watched rain far off in SoCal many times too.

Now, New Mexico is one of the few places I've gotten to watch night time lightning so far off I couldn't hear it. That's always crazy and wonderful.

And I'll totally hit the #FootpathFriday tag for this, since it nearly is.
