@Ravonges @elasticsoul Nonetheless, modern military aircraft need dozens to hundreds of hours maintenance for each hour's flight time, which does make one wonder whether they're primarily designed to maximise profit in the support industry.

@tehstu @elasticsoul This raises a very interesting question about Right to Repair issues concerning a potential threat to our sovereignty. I recommend a low level flyover to gather more information. This is a very basic manoeuvre in flight training.

Much as I hate the very idea of drone warfare, drones used by and against #ukraine are causing more injuries than any other type of weapon.
A drone can stop a tank, sink a warship, or a submarine, destroy a bunker.Unfortunately drones are the future.
