@JubalBarca aside from good points here, the main practical issue would be health and safety stuff, getting them the training they need and making sure it's all good with the site policies etc.Needs a fair bit of run-up to sort, they can't turn up and have that start on the day!Probably not that different from a new student but with less infrastructure, I'd assume.
