@chefraven The San Mateo Democrats didn't endorse for president; they only endorse for state-level offices. The guy I spoke to is following the same tactic I am: vote for whoever seems to be in the lead, to help ensure we have at least one Democrat on the ballot in November. (I hate open primaries.)

@KimPerales @adamsfan I'd say that's already started but it's between the vast majority of the citizens and the federal government, and mainly being actively fought by the latter.

@cafechatnoir @jeridansky I mean plenty of people wouldn't have similar goals (especially on water, where you have the environmental/fish crowd and the irrigation crowd), but unless you go more than skin deep, good luck figuring out who would do what (and see rest of thread on that).
