The most important strategy is to eliminate irritants. This can include harmful medications or recreational drugs, but the most common irritant is unregulated sugars. I will be covering herbs and clinical nutrition strategies later, but diet and lifestyle come first.

@DrFell yes, but all of our herbs come out of our pharmacy as custom made formulas (combined with other herbs) based on a diagnosis and treatment strategy. We don't offer herbs as retailed products. My goal is to teach herbs, and eventually formulas, so that anyone interested can get their own herbs and know how to use them.
