I am somewhat hopeful after my own #heartattack last year. A STEMI.
I felt pretty good. Just out of breath. Everyone told me to get a triple bypass. Second opinions. Saw the angio video. And I still feel fine, though on medications.
So to me this is a bit of confirmation bias.

@Steve I was pretty ok then too.
I mean, the cardiologists have differing opinions. Their goal is for me to live longer.
My goal is to live better.
So I am tracking the best fit I can get at the intersection.
I am due for my biannual scolding soon.
