"The GHF and those who stand behind it have Palestinian blood on their hands; they are not welcome to return to Gaza" - Amjad al-Shawa, head of the Palestinian NGOs Network.

UG Solutions, a U.S.-based security firm that previously deployed armed veterans to guard aid distribution sites in Gaza, has confirmed it is in discussions with President Donald Trump’s newly formed “Board of Peace” regarding a potential new role in the besieged enclave, Reuters reports.

The North Carolina company had provided security for the U.S.- and Israeli-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) before operations were halted following a ceasefire last October.

During its deployment, hundreds of Palestinians were killed while attempting to access aid in areas where Israeli occupation forces were present and opened fire.

UG Solutions acknowledged submitting proposals to the U.S.-led board, saying its plans were “received positively,” though no final decisions have been made. A source familiar with the discussions confirmed that talks with the firm and other groups have been ongoing for weeks.
