I'd expect some updates in the next 48 hours, but since the instance admin hasn't been active in more than a year I'll doubt that anything will happen. I'll follow up with a Fediblock call also for ruhr.social in case of inaction in the next hours. Time to acknowledge that abandoned instances with open sign ups are not ok anymore, that they are digital zombies on the Fediverse that just allow the worst scum of the earth to spread the worst shit with full impunity, and forcing other instance admins to clean up their act.
