It is the largest thorn on the US/German biomedical defense industrial cartel's ASS
They would rather see people die young when they can't afford their "products" than having anyone cure them for free.
Cuba's research and development of solutions for tropical diseases is a global pioneer, dealing with health problems the western medical industry (pseudo science) has turned away from (not a market) ...
