Can #EMS muscle stimulation prevent muscle loss in space? Commissioned by the German Space Agency, a #CharitéBerlin team is probing whether electrical impulses make microgravity training more efficient. #ESA astronaut Sophie Adenot is the study’s first participant, and has now worked out in an EMS suit on the #ISS.
