    @benroyce @theleftistlawyer

"50 mamdanis" is not a person running against Newsom. has anyone else announced, or made it obvious they are going to?

@theleftistlawyer Newsom is great at Trolling Trump. Please keep it up.

Newsom would be another Clinton like Neo-liberal as President and that is exactly what we do NOT need or want.

@theleftistlawyer I've heard other people express similar things, and tried to disabuse people of this.

Some people are just hateful, and these people will never vote for Democrats, so D's should just not give a crap what they think.

There's more people out there who feel neglected and are susceptible to the "D's don't care about regular folks like you" line. Some of them are recoverable but not by throwing LGBTQ-folks under the bus, just actually do things that make working people's lives better.

(The fact that so many people perpetually fall for "blame X minority for your problems" sucks but the crappy nature of the human race is just something we have to deal with).

Or we can use effective methods, like the race-class-gender (RCGN) narrative framework, to tell very different stories that build solidarity across differences and put the blame where it belongs, on Broligarchs and the #EpsteinClass.

RCGN works, we just need more people to learn about it and use it.

Please see my pinned toots for helpful links.

PS RCGN was piloted in Minnesota and Wisconsin, something that helped make the neighborism we've seen in MN possible.

people need to show up in the primaries and make sure #Newsom does not make it to the general #election in 2028

and we can start building on that now by showing up in the #primaries in 2026 and get 50 mamdanis in in the general in november

the way you defeat this bullshit is you *show the fuck up*

if you hear Newsom say #transmisic shit and go "i'm not voting," then you wind up helping #MAGA win and that will be even worse for #trans people

              #vote

              fuck Newsom

                  Two points:

1.) The majority of voters support trans rights, because you don't have to be trans to support trans rights. So throwing trans people under the bus is a losing strategy.

2.) Do you know who was against trans rights? Epstein. Do you know why? Because it made it easier to rape kids. Since you are also against trans rights, I'm going to assume you also rape kids. Fuck off, you child rapist.

No he is not. Anyone who is more progressive and also willing to fight would crush Trump in the general election. You win elections by getting your base excited, not by trying to win over the centre.

Getting someone who is only a little to the left of Trump is a losing strategy.

And by humans being humans I mean to let everyone be who they want to be. I do not see any point in trying to control someone else’s body, choices or life. And U believe that the general consensus should be that everyone has the same rights no matter the gender, ethnicity or age.

@theleftistlawyer just like Cuomo, force him run as the independent and split the right vote. This where unlike Sanders, AOC likes have to have the guts to take on DNC to say, pick me or I will run as an independent and split the left vote to guarantee a MAGA victory and let DNC show their true colours of being MAGA lite.

@benroyce @DrCampbell @theleftistlawyer I always vote for the furthest left person in every primary except for president and then support the winner in the general. However I disagree that the centrists are weak, quite the contrary, the leftists often fail to even field a candidate. Obamacare saved my aunt's life, luckily she didn't have to wait on Bernie to deliver anything.

Joe Lieberman killed much of obamacare. what you like about obamacare could have been much better

centrists like him are corrupt and paid for. if we want universal healthcare we have to go hard left, we won't get anything from centrists except lies and stalling and betrayal

@benroyce @DrCampbell @theleftistlawyer It's F Joe Lieberman all day every day, but the rest of the Dems still saved my aunt's life. I won't hear lectures about how they haven't done anything from privileged people who have always had health insurance.
