1. Need blood tests for upcoming medical appointment. Followed online directions to schedule an appoint!ent at the ONE lab that accepts appointments.
2. Showed up at lab for appointment; checked in. Called into office & told they couldn't do that test at this location & needed to go to location that didn't accept appointments.
3. Waiting for next iteration of the dumpster fire.
