Does anyone have any knowledge of how to ease withdrawals from Pregabalin? I take it as an antidepressant, but due to its classification I couldn't get it on an emergency supply.
Effects have doubled every day since my last dose, there's no one to help till tomorrow and I won't be getting any more for at least a couple of days.
Is there anything I can do or take that would help? My support I get is absolutely fucking useless.

Distraction has been best so far, but when I'm flipping from being too hot to freezing cold and feel incredibly sick it's hard to stay distracted.

@tripplehelix I was looking into this yesterday, but it's annoyingly hard to research in ai-world. If you have benzos to take as needed, now is the time. I have no evidence that calcium and magnesium supplementation can help but it wouldn't hurt. Take a bath/shower to help regulate your temperature. Distract, distract, distract!
