@EdwinG presence of a competing carrier will not change air Canada’s drive to make coach as unbearable as the UN human rights convention allows. Accountants are in charge and their priority is to push people to pay for premium economy and business class. An empty coach seat neans they can load more cargo. Presence of Emirates won’t affect that drive.
