I did read first and there is some interesting stuff there though most is not LLM.

I agree real systemic change is needed. And we also need to realize that your query output is going to have a variable energy cost. Are we outputting text, audio, video, etc. Are we making a movie or a LLM driven character? And how much penetration and usage do LLMs have compared to Netflix?

So the change will have to be at the data center side, not industry.
