Specially cause he pushed us to optimize code as much as possible.

@SallyStrange I'm European, here we usually don't deport people. In fact the president of my country is about to "legalize" half a million immigrants.

My only problem with immigration is those that ignore the laws. For instance there's a minimum salary, by accepting less than that in "black money" (outside the laws and not paying taxes or social security) they cause problems for everyone else and piss on all the effort it took to gain those advantages

@SallyStrange Honestly? As long as they pay taxes the same as everyone else and don't take advantage of the services provided by those, I'm ok.
I worked two years in London, I would be an hypocrite if I wasn't.

@raiderrobert I remember once sitting in silence, arms crossed, looking at the screen for almost an hour.
People said I looked awake but seemed to be doing nothing; I was doing the whole thing in my head, visualizing the code with its libraries, structure, variables, etc.
When I started typing, I wouldn't stop for a couple hours.

I don't work as a programmer anymore cause it was absolutely devastating mentally speaking but I couldn't sleep cause my body wasn't tired.

@alexwild No one is saying that the US has a monopoly on racism, but we strive to have a better society for everyone, as difficult as that might be.

And as a catalan believe me when I say I've seen and gone through some discrimination, but never to those extremes.
