@noodlemaz with respect that's not quite true. Not all things designated pornography are consensual, or even legal. Child pornography is the given name of a legal offense.
And additionally in this case designating it as abuse could in fact be an open gate to a defense case; with generated images of a person who doesn't exist no specific child was necessarily harmed, therefore they could argue no abuse took place

While the French are raiding X over child porn, here in Ireland where X has its Eurorpean HQ, the Gardaí are having tea and biscuits, and after that sure it'd be nearly lunch
