@ronanmcd appreciate it.I guess my question is, is legal wording always appropriate for the situation?People use 'innocent til proven guilty' all the time, which is actively harmful, though it should only apply in the courtroom.I understand your point on the generative aspect, so will consider further.But in general I would advocate for media and everyday conversation to avoid 'sex' and 'porn' as overall I think it does more harm.
